Today I did 13 minutes on the Wii doing a boxing workout from My Cardio Fitness, then I wanted to use my kettlebell to do a workout for my arms so I came across The Body Coach...aka lean in 15. This was a 12 minute workout using the kettlebell and it was brilliant, hard near the end and funny because Joe's timer stopped working and then he forgot bits of the routine....reminded me of Davina's workouts where you work hard but feels fun.
The Body Coach's workouts are short burst of intense workouts which is ideal for me as I get bored if a workout is longer than 20 minutes that's why I'll never be good at running lol.
I'll now be adding The Body Coach to my Youtube subscriptions instead of buying the DVD's because that's savvy !!
