    Since getting my Roku stick I've taken to using the Youtube app to create a list of workouts that I can easily do at home. For me personally there's no point joining gym as I am one of those people that will go once a year and keep paying my direct debit until I can cancel. I do enjoy working out but it's the getting there that puts me off since I don't have a car at the moment. So by using Youtube I'm saving lots of money by not having a gym membership or buying dvds.

    Another perk of working out at home is that you can do it any time, in your scruffy clothes and go as red as you like lol.

    I'll be adding the workouts I've done to an album on my Facebook page, and on my Youtube Channel so you can see what I've done or will be trying.
